Bellis Studio sells used and carefully selected items within home decor, interior design, and furniture. Our items are used but of high quality. The condition of each item, as we assess it, is indicated with every product.
At Bellis Studio, we do our very best to carefully describe and document the condition of each individual vintage item in order to align expectations with the customer.
Payment
Bellis Studio accepts online payments with the following: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or marked as ready for local pickup, or when the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
Amount Reserved
When using a debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount of the transaction. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on the product or service.
Debit Card Authorization
When using a debit card, you will see that money is reserved in your account, and your available balance will therefore appear to be less. If you or the webshop cancels the order, the webshop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still see the reservation amount on your account for some time. Note that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such a reservation.
Credit Card Authorization
The money will be withdrawn from your account when the webshop processes and completes the payment for your order. The transaction will then appear in your bank overview. All prices on the website include VAT, unless it is for vintage products.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
- Denmark: Kroner (DKK)
Bellis Studio uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be read by third parties.
Delivery and Shipment
All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. During holidays, this may be extended. When the item is dispatched from our warehouse, the typical delivery times are:
- Denmark: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 4-7 working days
- Other destinations: 6-10 working days
For Danish orders, we use DAO and GLS for shipping. For international orders, we use PostNord. You can choose to have your package delivered to your home address or to the nearest package shop if available for your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by the weight of the item.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
If You Regret Your Purchase (Withdrawal)
Bellis Studio offers a full refund within 14 days on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs are incurred by you.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be delivered to us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase, you must send us an e-mail at bellisstudio@outlook.dk. In your message, clearly indicate that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the Item You Have Returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product and for any decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested or used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and may have a decreased value. This means that when the purchase is canceled, you may receive a lesser portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Bellis Studio to evaluate the condition of the item.
Right to complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint on all products according to the Danish sales law.
As the goods sold are used, we always recommend that the costumer read the product description and look through the pictures carefully. Complaints about defects already described or illustrated will not be accepted.
The right to complaint is waived if the items are handled improperly.
